The Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Kotzias and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi agreed upon further developing and expanding the relations of both countries, after their recent meeting in Beijing.

During the meeting, the two Ministers examined the current state of bilateral relations and discussed forming a common action plan for 2015-2017 and proposals for cooperation in finances, investments, culture and education.

The two sides also discussed the overall relationship between the European Union and the People’s Republic of China. The Greek Minister accompanied the Government Vice President Yannis Dragasakis on his trip to China.
