Tourists who had planned to travel with the Blue Star Delos on Friday morning experienced a delay after a bomb threat was called in.
The port authorities of Piraeus promptly contacted the Police in order to carry out a search on the ferry boat, which was scheduled to depart for Paros, Naxos, Ios and Santorini at 7.25am.
The police investigation concluded around 8am without finding anything suspicious.
