The state privatization fund TAIPED has announced that it is to carry out new auctions for 14 high value assets on the 17th of September, after failing to sell them in the past.
Amongst the assets are a six-story building on Evangelistrias Street in down town Athens, a 17-acre seaside plot in Rio, and a 3-story building in the Old Town in Thessaloniki.
Also included in the new auction are buildings that used to house local courts in countryside towns and cities, including a two-story building in Evia, Ilia, Souli and Kalavryta.
