The Government Council of Private Debt Management has arranged to convene at 4pm on Thursday. Establishing a permanent legal framework to ensure protection from auction is at the top of the agenda, which is expected to come into effect in January 2015.
This particular Government Council is comprised from the Minister of Finances Yannis Stournaras, the Minister of Growth Kostis Hatzidakis, the Minister of Labor Yannis Vroutsis, the Ministry of Justice’s working group (who are standing in for Minister Charalambos Athanasiou), the Deputy Director of the Bank of Greece Ioannis Papadakis and the President of the National Bank Giorgos Zanias.
