The head of the European Support Mechanism (ESM) Klaus Regling spoke about progress being achieved in the bailout program review, in an interview for Neue Zuercher Zeiting.

In his interview, Mr. Regling argued that it as possible to complete the process by the 1st of May, however it is still early for one to predict the final outcome.

The ESM chief estimated that Greece will need far less than the 86 billion euros provided in the third bailout program. At the same time he underlined that the reform program and refugee crisis must not be confused.
