Unconfirmed reports have indicated that it is very likely that a new, informal meeting of the political leaders will take place in the afternoon on Wednesday.
As the meeting is informal, the President Prokopis Pavlopoulos is not expected to attend. Should the meeting be arranged, the Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will inform the political leaders of the latest developments.
New Democracy’s provisional president Evangelos Meimarakis told his party’s Parliamentary Group that the Prime Minister must first inform Parliament, before calling the informal meeting with the political leaders.
