The Minister of Finances Yanis Varoufakis has formed a special consultation team in order to prevent and address taxation and customs problems in the market.
According to the relevant announcement, the tam will convene once a month to discuss any problems, such as complicated bureaucratic procedures, delays and overtaxation, which may emerge from the implementation of legislation and measures.
The team is comprised of the General Secretary of Public Revenue Katerina Savvaidou, the General Director of Tax Administration Yannis Bakas, the General Director of Customs Irene Gialouri, as well as representatives from ESEE, SEV and major trade unions and chambers of commerce.
