According to a non paper issued by the Greek government on Tuesday morning, the institutions (IMF, European Commission and European Central Bank) have not yet sent any agreement drafts, nor has there been any communication between the Prime Minister or other government official with the institutions on the matter.

On Monday evening, Angela Merkel, Francois Hollande, Jean-Claude Juncker, Mario Draghi and Christine Lagarde met in Berlin, where Greece was on the agenda. Reportedly, the goal of the meeting was for the institutions to establish a mutual position and present Greece with an agreement proposal within the week.
