The School of Law of the University of Athens was occupied early on Tuesday morning, by a group of people who managed to enter via the adjacent parking area. The identity and intentions of the occupiers is not yet known.

Earlier, a student assembly decided against an occupation and in favor of continuing teaching. Following the occupation on Tuesday morning, reactions are expected from the student body.

Meanwhile the occupation of the University’s IT Center has ended, thus restoring Internet access to the institution’s facilities. The Internet black out had also affected University hospitals and clinics, which also use the network for electronic prescriptions.

The people who occupied the IT Center have called an assembly on Tuesday in order to decide whether to repeat the occupation and cut off Internet access once more.
