The Minister of Administrative Reform Kyriakos Mitsotakis appeared on SKAI on Tuesday and explained that the controversial staff review system will be implemented “soothe country lives up to the commitments it has entered”.

Mr. Mitsotakis also stressed that the redundancies planned for 2013 and 2014 are commitment and noted that every time the government has tried to renegotiate on such critical matters, it has failed.

Furthermore, the Minister underlined that nobody in principle can disregard the need to review all employees and legal entities in the public sector, while adding that the process will not affect suspensions and wage cuts.
