The US Secretary of State John Kerry will visit Athens on Friday the 4th of December, as part of his tour in Europe, in order to discuss bilateral issues and developments in the region, it was announced on Tuesday.
According to the US State Department spokesperson, the American official will visit Belgium, Kosovo and Serbia before heading to Cyprus on the 3rd of December. Mr. Kerry will discuss the UN efforts to resolve the Cypriot dispute with the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot sides.
The American diplomat will then travel to the Greek capital, where he will meet with a series of top-level government officials.
