The temporary suspension of home auctions has been extended for an extra month until the end of September, according to the latest issue of the government gazette.
According to the ministerial decision that was published on the 21st of July, enforcement actions, payment of court administration fees, guarantees and payments from the conversion of penalties have been suspended.
The decision of the caretaker Ministers of Finances Giorgos Houliarakis and Justice Dimitris Papangelopoulos has been attributed to the introduction of capital controls earlier in July.
