A demonstration is scheduled to take place at 11:00 this morning in Syntagma Square against the government’s tax policies, particularly the exhaustive fines for tax violations which came into effect in January. The POE DOY union of tax office employees will participate in the demonstration.
The POE-DOY union made an announcement where they explained that tax office employees are called upon to implement unjust, unequal and disproportionate tax laws on a struggling people.
