The Prime Minister Antonis Samaras and Vice President Evangelos Venizelos are expected to meet today at noon in order to discuss preparations for the upcoming troika visit.

The two leaders will likely discuss outstanding matters regarding the troika visit, as well as the strategy they will follow, after the German elections on Sunday.

The strikes in the public sector and education will also be discussed, as is the possibility of changing the electoral law for local government elections.

The Minister of Interior Michelakis had complained that he was not informed on such initiatives when the issue was first brought to public attention.
