The Greek state radio service will support UNICEF in this year’s radio marathon, which aims to collect funds to inoculate children of vulnerable social groups in Greece. The radio marathon is also supported by the Central Union of Municipalities and the Ministry of Health.

The radio marathon, which will begin at 7am and end a 9pm, will be hosted on all central and regional state radio stations, as well as a number of private radio stations based all over Greece. Donations can be made through a number of ways:

By telephoning their pledge at 21.21.21.1090 (only on the day of the radio marathon) or they can make an instant donation by calling 901.11.17.17.17 (€3.67/call inc. VAT). For donations via SMS (between 23/5 and 31/5) you can message the word ΠΑΙΔΙ to 54234 (€1.23/msg inc. VAT).
