The funeral of 19-year-old Huseyin Dayicik, the brave Greek who was killed in the Munich shopping mall shooting, will take place at 17:30 on Wednesday in his native Aratos in Rodopi.
The Minister of Interior Panagiotis Kouroumplis along will MPs from the area will attend the funeral. The expenses for the funeral service will be paid by the State.
According to media reports, the 19-year-old bravely saved his sister’s life when he used his body as a human shield during the shooting.
