EOPYY doctor federation extends strike to 19th of December

With the Ministry of Health and EOPYY doctors unable to come to an agreement about the necessary changes to the public healthcare system, the nationwide federation of EOPYY’s health scientists (POSEYP-EOPYY) has announced is decision to extend its strike until the 19^th of December.

The federation, which is on strike over the Ministry of Health’s extensive reorganization of the primary healthcare units which will result in suspensions and dismissals, had originally planned to go on strike until the 13^th of December.
