The ten bidders in the television broadcasting license tender, including the three who were rejected in the first phase of the process, have launched appeals.
It should be noted that the bidders have the right to launch both in relation to their own bid, as well as the other bidders in the tender. The results of the appeals are expected to be announced by Monday 8 August.
The seven bidders who were initially approved in the next phase of the tender are Skai TV, Star Channel, Antenna TV, Alpha TV, T.P.K., E Radio-TV and Alter Ego. The three bidders rejected were Dimera Media Investments LTD, ITV CP and Mega Channel.
