The Ministry of Finances announced that it has made a payment of 448 million euros towards the International Monetary Fund, when asked by the Athens-Macedonia News Agency.

Earlier, a high-ranking government official had told Reuters that the payment of the loan installment would be carried out on Thursday, as planned.
