The Athens Stock Exchange has begun to find a balance after opening with significant 4% loses on Tuesday morning, following what was the worst day for the stock market in 28 years. Investors have focused their interests on non-bank securities.

The general price index on Tuesday closed at 659.94 points, down by 1.22%, with transactions valued at 64.10 million euros and the yield of the ten-year bond at 12.17%.
