A 30-year-old man has been arrested by the Police while attempting to rob a super market in the area of Zografou early on Monday morning, by using a fake weapon.
According to the police report, the 30-year-old man entered the super market from a side door along with three shop employees, who were about to begin working.
The man brandished a pistol and demanded the money kept in the super market vault from the store manager. One of three employees managed to hide and contacted the police.
As it turned out, the pistol used in the attempted robbery was a fake.
