According to an announcement by the nationwide federation of social policy employees (POPOKP), the employees in social services and unemployment agency OAED will walk out at 12:30 until the end of their shift, in order to attend a 1pm rally outside the Ministry of Labor.

The federation has demanded the reinstatement of 558 employees in the insurance funds who have been put on suspension for about 8 months and currently face dismissal.

Additionally, the federation argues that the government has not taken any steps towards integrating suspended employees via its job mobility scheme, despite reassurances, leading many employees to unemployment.
