A group of government representatives comprised of Deputy Minister of Agricultural Development Maximos Harakopoulos, government representative Simos Kedikoglou and General Secretary of the Ministry of Growth Seraphim Tsokas will be visiting Moscow on Wednesday in search of investors.

The team of representatives will be meeting with their Russian counterparts, as well as consultants and close advisors of Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to diplomatic sources, the greater initiative is part of the government plan of attracting investors by highlighting business opportunities in Greece.

Among those to meet the Greek representatives are the Russian president’s assistant on international affairs Yuri Usakof, the president’s press representative Dmitri Peskovm and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Titov, among others. The team of Greek representatives will also be meeting the Russian Federation’s Chamber of Commerce to promote business and investments between the two countries.
