The Ministry of Finance will begin mailing out the new ENFIA bills on Monday, which must be paid out in five installments.

The first installment is due at the end of September 2016 and the final one in January 2017, with the government aiming to collect about 2.65 billion euros.

Compared to previous bills, the new ones will include greater details on the status and description of real estate.

About 7 million taxpayers will have to pay the controversial real estate tax, with 2.4 million expected to pay less, while 2.5 million will pay the same as last year.
