The Golden Dawn continued at the special court room in the Korydallos prison facility with the testimonial of Special Guard Andreas Biagis.
Tension was caused though when Nikos Rousopoulos, the defense attorney for Golden Dawn MP Yannis Lagos, used a picture of a PAME demonstration, when asking the witness to describe the scene.
The lawyers for the civil prosecution complained about the provocative move, arguing that “PAME is not on trial”. Aside from murdering antifascist activist Pavlos Fyssas and assaulting Egyptian fishermen, thugs of the neo-Nazi party are accused of attacking PAME members in Perama.
