Pavlopoulos: “The referendum has meaning when it does not divide”

The President of the Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos underlined that remaining within the Eurozone is the only option for Greece, ahead of the critical referendum on Sunday.

According to Mega Channel, Mr. Pavlopoulos, who is in a meeting with the president of the National Bank Mrs. Louka Katseli, argued that the referendum has meaning when it does not polarize and divide society.

Mr. Pavlopoulos stressed that the euro is necessary not only to secure the financial stability of Greece, but for the country’s national survival.
