The Coast Guard announced that it located and rescued 77 migrants off the northeast coast of Myconos, in the Tigani area.
According to the Coast Guard report, at first two vessels were located off the coast of Myconos with 21 migrants on-board. After they were rescued, a further 56 migrants were located on land.In total 53 men, 12 women and 12 children were located by the Cost Guard authorities.
Additionally, the Coast Guard reported that is located and saved 30 migrants who were on-board a damaged vessel near Cape Praso. The report indicates that 15 men, 5 women and 10 children were rescued.
