The nationwide federation of employees in the public finance services (POE-DOY) has called for all tax office employees to not participate in any way in the controversial public sector staff review procedures.
The call came after POE DOY’s board unanimously decided to align itself with public sector trade union ADEDY on the matter and oppose the controversial review system.
The federation has specifically called its members to repeal any review sheets they may have already submitted and send them to their local unions, while noting that any tax office members participating in the review as a reviewer “has no place in the unions”.
