Golden Dawn MP Nikos Michos will be placed under house arrest, according to the ruling of the Appeal Council, after the investigating judges and prosecutor disagreed as to whether he should be detained or not.

Michos had been summoned to submit a deposition in relation to illegal firearm possession and narcotics charges on the 9th of June, however there was a disagreement as to his fate.
