The traders association of Thessaloniki held a vote over the past two days on the prospect of introducing Sunday working hours for 52 weekends in a year, with 96% of its 575 members voting against.

The vote regarding the operation of stores on Sundays was planned after the government expressed its intention to legislate on the matter. Additionally, the trader association also held a vote for electing a new management board.
