The Ministry of Finances has announced that economist Stelios Stavridis will be the new president of TAIPED, replacing Takis Athanasopoulos. Mr. Stavridis was managing director and president of EYDAP. The Ministry also points out that the legally-provided procedure for the opinion of the relevant parliamentary commission will be observed.

At the water company’s general assembly, Mr. Antonis Vartholomeos, a member of TAIPED’s board of directors, has been suggested for the position of EYDAP president and managing director. Mr. Vartholomeos will be replaced by economist Giorgos Koutsoudakis, who is a member of TAIPED’s Commission of Specialists.
