1 bil. euros less in the budgetary revenue

As the ministry of Economy announced there was a loss of 1 bil. eurosin the budgetary revenue for the first trimester of 2017.

The main reason is that the 1.234 mil.euros from the privatization of 14 regional airports have not been collected yet
