The Left Platform has denounced the agreement reached between the government and institutions on Tuesday and has dubbed it a “guillotine memorandum with express procedures” that has “profoundly harsh measures” via a statement on iskra.gr.
According to the main article on the Left Platform’s website, the third bailout agreement that is being prepared will act as a “noose around the people’s neck”.
Additionally, the Left Platform warns that the first package of “profoundly harsh” austerity measures that will be submitted in Parliament by Tuesday afternoon will be followed by a second series of measures in October.
