Golden Dawn MP Konstantinos Barbarousis was scheduled to testify today in relation to the criminal investigation that has been launched against the neo-Nazi party.
However as party leader Nikos Michaloliakos launched an appeal requesting the exemption of the judicial officers handling the case – thus freezing the plea process – Barbarousis has been rescheduled to testify on the 25th of June.
As with the other MPs of his party, Konstantinos Barbarousis faces the felony charges of joining and directing a criminal organization.
