In spite of the borders between Greece and FYROM closing down, many of the refugees and migrants at Idomeni continue to search for alternative paths and routes towards central or northern Europe.

According to Reuters, a group of 70 refugees managed to cross over into FYROM, from a point along with border with Greece that is not fenced off. This crossing, claims the Reuters report, is about 20 kilometers from the makeshift camp at Idomeni.

With conditions at the makeshift camp deteriorating, many more refugees are examining their prospects and alternatives in order to continue their journey further into Europe.
