The leader of the main opposition party Kyriakos Mitsotakis visited Aspropyrgos on Friday, where he met with local residents and businesses to discuss their concerns.
“New Democracy’s first priority is to attract investments to the country, in order to create new jobs. These jobs will primarily benefit the unemployed, those who are truly underprivileged by the policy observed by the government” he noted.
The ND leader also commented that the upcoming privatization at Thriasio is capable of creating an important growth drive, which will attract further investments and create new jobs.
“That is what the country needs today, more than ever before. This is what Western Attica needs. This is the policy of solidarity that our party continues to defend” he concluded.
