The Athens Stock Exchange closed with significant gains on Wednesday morning, following much flucuation throughout the day on Tuesday.
The general price index grew by 2.53% and stood at 495.10 points at closing with transactions valued at 53.88 million euros. The yield of the ten-year government bond closed at 11.19%.
