The leader of The River, Stavros Theodorakis, was asked to comment on the outcome of the European elections where his newly-formed party received an estimated 6.6% of the vote.
Mr. Theodorakis stressed that his party “collected 6.6% of voters in 88 days, without protection and populism” and explained that his party “achieved the impossible”.
