An explosive device went off in the early hours on Tuesday, on Skouze Street in Piraeus, near the Piraeus courthouses.
Based on preliminary reports, it appears that the device was constructed by gas canisters and had been placed in an OTE cross-connect box.
The explosion only caused minor damage to the telephone company’s cross-connect box. The counter-terrorism police unit has launched an investigation.
