The police are concerned over the recent bomb attack against the offices of the Hellenic Enterprises Federation, as it seems to confirm the existence of a new bomb maker, given the similarities with a failed bomb attack in December 2014 against a bank in Halandri.
So far no group has claimed Tuesday’s bomb attack, with the police expecting a declaration over the next few days. However, the police also attribute the ‘delay’ in claiming the attack to the possibility of a second imminent attack.
Nevertheless, the police suspect that the new attack was either carried out by a new group comprised of members from older groups – such as the Conspiracy of Fire Cells or OLA – or an entirely new group.
