The bomb threat against the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO) turned out to be a prank, announced the police following an evacuation and inspection of the buildings.
The Hellenic Football Federation’s offices were evacuated after two threatening phone calls regarding a bomb were made at about 11:20 on Wednesday.
In the telephone calls to the Lambrakis Press Group and the Efimerida ton Syntakton, the caller warned that the bomb would go off at 13:00.
The police promptly evacuated the buildings and the bomb squad carried out an investigation of the site.
