The Police announced the arrest of two men – one Greek and one British – over weapons charges and it appears that they are involved in the recent bombing of a motorcycle club in Koropi.
During the investigations that followed the bombing early on Tuesday morning, the Police recovered a number of illegal items from the motorcycle club, including one gun, swords and bats. The club appears to belong to a popular international motorcycle club.
The two men appear to have approached the club on a motorcycle, threw a stick of dynamite and sped off. At the time of bombing the building was empty.
According to police sources the case appears to be rather complicated, since the motives behind the bombing attack may be related to the actions of club members internationally.
