The new political party, aptly named “New Party”, has announced its foundation today. The party, which situates itself in the progressive centrist faction, intends to participate in the next parliamentary elections.
Amongst the New Party’s organization committee are Pavlos Eleftheriadis, Andreas Koutras, Yannis Koutsomitis, Nikolaos Laaris, Theodoros Niklanovits and Stelios Xanthopoulos.
Preparations for the formations of the party took about a year and a statute has already been established. The New Party will soon announce when it will hold its first Inaugural Conference.
