The nationwide journalist federation POESY has decided to join the 24-hour strike announced by GSEE and ADEDY, however the media strike will take place a day earlier, on Wednesday 2nd of December, so that there is media coverage on the main strike on Thursday.
As such, the media in Greece will go on strike at 6am on Wednesday until 6am on Thursday. The strike covers printed media, television and radio stations as well internet-based media.
