A bedridden elderly woman and her domestic worker were threatened with an electric iron by a group of thieves who broken into their home in Glyfada, early on Tuesday morning.
The thieves appear to have entered the detached house in Glyfada from an unsecured window and threatened to burn the two women, unless they revealed where they had their jewelry and money hidden.
The elderly woman told the thieves where she had her jewelry hidden, who stole what they found and took off. The two women were not harmed.
