A Turkish AB-412 helicopter flew over the eastern edge of Kos at 11:09 am Thursday at an altitude less than 1,000 feet.
A minute earlier the helicopter had entered the Athens flight information region (FIR) without filing a flight plan, it was identified and left the air space at 11:13 am, as announced by the Greek Ministry of National Defense.
