The US President Barack Obama and the German Chancellor Angela Merkel are in “close contact” regarding the recent developments in Greece, according to White House spokesman Josh Earnest.
Mr. Ernest reported that President Obama would meet with Chancellor Merkel on Monday and would be discussing the situation in Ukraine. The spokesman also noted that US Vice President Joe Bidden would be visiting Brussels and Munich for a series of meetings with European leaders.
