It is perhaps the right time to document a “top level meeting” that took place by accident at the Athens International Airport, which went unnoticed.
In the middle of the VIP lounge of the airport, a person who is well-known today, sat and read the newspapers.
At some point, another person who has been bell-known for decades appeared at the entrance of the lounge.
The person who just arrived took a moment and scanned the lounge. He then crossed the lounge, clutching his cane, an unknown (?) among other unknowns (?), approached the one reading the newspapers and greeted him…
He responded indifferently to the greeting and carried on reading his newspapers. Suddenly he recognized the man who approached him and promptly sat up from his armchair and told him:
– I’m sorry, I did not recognize you.
– It doesn’t matter…
