The latest issue of the Government Gazette includes the decision regarding the duties of the recently-appointed Alternate Minister of Finances Trifon Alexiadis.
Mr. Alexiadis will now overlook the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Administrative Support of the Finance Ministry, the General Secretariat of Public Revenue, the General Secretariat of Public Property and the Special Secretariat of the Financial and Economic Crime Unit (SDOE). State Minister Panagiotis Nikoulidis will overlook certain aspects of SDOE.
Furthermore, the Alternate Finance Minister will also be in charge of the public asset privatization fund TAIPED, Elliniko SA, the Commission of Olympians and legacies, the Varvakios Foundation, as well as the special fund for quality control of alcohol and alcoholic beverages.
Additionally, the Government Gazette includes parliamentary powers, such as making proposals for issuing individual and regulatory decrees and acts, issuing acts in cooperation with other ministers, deputy and alternate ministers and submitting questions towards the State Legal Council.
