The Police reported the arrest of a 50-year-old woman, Themis Evangelia K. Skordeli, who was wanted in relation to the case of Thanasis Skaras, the former head of Security at the Police Department in Agios Panteleimonas, who was arrested yesterday. Skordeli is an active Golden Dawn member and according to Police and judicial authorities she has regularly been involved in attacks against foreigners in the Agios Panteleimonas area.
During the investigation at her home, the Police recovered a huge number of Golden Dawn documents, 18 fire-crackers, two documents containing the addresses and descriptions of immigrants who live there, a banking book with a significant sum of money, handwritten notes regarding Golden Dawn’s activities, as well as two bags with counterfeit goods including pirated CDs and DVDs.
